What is Tai Chi Chuan?
Tai Chi Chuan, often simply referred to as Tai Chi, is a traditional Chinese martial art that is practiced for both self-defense and wellness. Characterized by deliberate slow movements, tai chi has gained popularity worldwide as a gentle exercise and form of moving meditation. Its practice is renowned for fostering mental and physical well-being.
What is QiGong?
QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines movement, meditation, and controlled breathing to cultivate and balance the body's vital energy, known as "qi."
There are many styles and forms of qigong, each with its own emphasis and techniques. Some qigong practices are focused on improving health and vitality, while others are more oriented toward martial arts, power development, spiritual cultivation, or medical healing.
