Qigong Workshops
Our Qigong sessions introduce accessible exercises that support relaxation, posture, breathing, and vitality — a great complement to your weekend Tai Chi practice.
Personalized Instruction
We also offer personalized instruction for individuals or small groups who want additional guidance and support in developing their practice. This option is ideal for beginners who want a more tailored introduction or for students looking to deepen their understanding.
Sunday Classes
Join our new weekend group class starting on September 6th, held on Sundays in Elmsford from 10:00 - 11:30 AM. Classes cover traditional form work and Qigong training suited to all experience levels.
Tuition: $100 / month or $30 single drop-in

The Studio Space & Parking
Location: Studio G Performing Arts Center — 81–83 East Main St, Elmsford, NY
The Facility: Classes take place in a newly renovated, spacious studio with new flooring, and ample natural light.
Parking: Dedicated, free private parking lot located directly behind the building.
