We also offer personalized instruction for individuals or small groups who want additional guidance and support in developing their practice. This option is ideal for beginners who want a more tailored introduction or for students looking to deepen their understanding.
Sunday Classes
Join our weekend group class, held on Sundays in Elmsford from 10:00 - 11:30 AM. Classes cover traditional form work, stretches, exercises, drills, and Qigong training suited to all experience levels.
Standard Tuition: $100 / month or $30 single drop-in
The Studio Space & Parking
Location: Studio G Performing Arts Center — 81–83 East Main St, Elmsford, NY (2nd Floor)
The Facility: Classes take place in a newly renovated, spacious studio with ample natural light. Please bring clean, indoor flat-soled sneakers, martial arts shoes, or socks (classes take place on a dance vinyl/Marley floor).
Parking: Dedicated, free private parking lot located directly behind the building.
