Ari Reisner is a dedicated Tai Chi Chuan & QiGong instructor and practitioner with over a decade of experience of studying and practicing Tai Chi Chuan. He has been studying diligently at the prestigious H. Won Tai Chi Chuan Association, where he immersed himself in the rich traditions of the Yang Family lineage school. Over the years, Ari's dedication and passion for Tai Chi Chuan have grown exponentially, leading him to become an assistant instructor at the school three years ago.
Now, Ari is thrilled to announce that he has achieved certification as a Tai Chi Chuan instructor. This significant milestone marks a new chapter in his journey, as he is eager to share his extensive knowledge and love for this ancient art form with others.
Ari's teaching style is rooted in the deep understanding he has cultivated through years of practice and study. He brings a unique blend of traditional wisdom and modern insights to his classes, creating an engaging and transformative experience for his students.

Teresa Sanchez, MS - OTR/L, is a registered and NY-licensed occupational therapist with a profound passion for helping individuals enhance their physical and mental well-being. Her professional journey has led her to collaborate closely with Ari, to ensure that their students can fully engage in and benefit from their tai chi and qigong classes.
Teresa plays a pivotal role in understanding each student's unique needs and challenges. Her primary focus is to ensure that all students can follow class instructions to the best of their physical ability, fostering inclusivity and empowerment within the tai chi and qigong classes.
Teresa has seen how these ancient practices promote physical strength, balance, flexibility, and mental clarity and feels honored to contribute to the journey of gaining improved health and wellness for their students.
